How do I shop Re-mod.it ?
Click on the “Products” section of your interest, where you will find the various categories you can explore.
If you are looking for a specific product, you can use our search box to find the products through the name,
color, category or product code.
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on “add to shopping bag”. Once you are
ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click
on “”Checkout”” to be led through the checkout process. If you have any questions or concerns, please
contact us via email at info@re-mod.it.

How do I place an order?
Purchases may be made either directly through Re-mod.it or via email at info@re-mod.it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@re-mod.it as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we
cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your
shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

What is personalisation and how do I personalise my item?

What are the benefits of creating a Remod account?
Creating a Remod account allows you to:
– store multiple shipping and billing addresses to expedite your checkout
– save the contents of your shopping bag for later
– easily access your current order details and history

My order is not being accepted. Why?
Please be sure that the address you are entering in the “Billing” field is the address that is registered with
your bank and the address where you receive your bank statement. If the system still doesn’t accept your
order, please contact your bank and then contact us via email at info@re-mod.it.

Gucci products available for purchase online include jackets, hoodies, gilets, shirts, skirts and accessories.
Products on our website are subject to availability.

How many units of each product may I purchase on Re-mod.it?
You may purchase up to three products.

What should I do if an item I want is unavailable?
For inquiries on items that are unavailable online, please contact us via e-mail at info@re-mod.it.

How do I know my size?

How do I know if a product is available and how long it will take to be delivered?
The website provides information on items’ availability directly on the product page and provides the
estimated time of shipment at checkout.

How do I know if a product I have is authentic?
If the product has been purchased on www.re-mod.it it is guaranteed to be authentic.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Remod accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
– Visa
– Mastercard
– American Express
– Paypal
– Bank Transfer

My order has been declined; do I need to place a new order?
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please replace a
new order online, otherwise please contact us at info@re-mod.it.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Is VAT included in the final price?
Prices don’t include VAT.

Returns

How many days do I have to return a product?
You can return any purchases within 30 days of receipt.

How to return and order?

  • Using the enclosed return form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why
  • Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging
  • Close the package securely and attach the label for the return shipment to the package
  • Drop the package off at the post office (DHL) or request a pick-up (UPS)
  • Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt
  • All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used
    for original purchase)

Which are return conditions?

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and
    with tags still attached
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package
  • Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example,
    orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of
    charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
  • Customised items cannot be returned.

How is the repeal policy?

  • Repeal of purchase by way of return
    Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days as indicated
    above.

Repeal of purchase in written form or over the phone
You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email,
or over the phone. We recommend that you use our cancellation form template. Once you have sent us the
cancellation form, please return the items within 14 days.

Which are the ways to refund?
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We
will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

Do Remod products have a warranty?
Each Remod product has a one-year warranty for repairs.

Where can I buy authentic Remod products?
Authentic Remod products are sold exclusively through Re-mod.it and through a small number of
authorized department and specialty stores.

Does Remod gurantee the authenticity of all products sold on Re-mod.it?
Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on Re-mod.it.
Remod products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and craftsmanship. “Made in Italy” is
an integral part of our essence.

This page provides information relevant to the methods of managing the processing of personal data of users who subscribe the newsletter service of Serendipity Srl., (the following “User” or “Users”), at the address www.chiaraferragnicollection.com (hereinafter the “Website”). The subscription will allow the users to automatically receive, free of charge, every new newsletter. It is information given in compliance with art. 13 of the Law Decree of 30th June 2003, no. 196, “Code for protecting personal data” (hereinafter “Privacy Code”).

1. Personal Data Collector

The Data Collector is Serendipity Srl (hereinafter only “Serendipity” and/or the “Collector”), with offices at via Melone 2, 20121 Milano.

2. Purposes of the processing and type of personal details

The personal details that the User voluntarily provides when he/she subscribes the newsletter service, such as the e-mail address, might be used by the Collector, after getting the User’s consent, for managing the subscription and sending the newsletter, containing informational, commercial, and/or promotional communications. The provision of the personal data for the aforementioned purposes is optional; the refusal to provide the personal data prevents the user from subscribing to the newsletter and/or receiving it.

Please take note that pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code, the Collector may use the details relevant to the e-mail that the User has provided during the sale of a product or the supply of a service, for offering services similar to those that are subject of the sales and without getting the User’s authorization. At any moment, the User can refuse the processing of data easily and free of charge by following the methods given in paragraph 5 “Rights of the concerned person.”

3. Method to process the data

The User’s data is processed mainly by means of electronic systems and sometimes in hardcopies.

The User’s data will be kept with a method that allows the identification for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected and processed and, in any case, in accordance with law provisions.

The Collector and the responsible part have adopted suitable security measures in accordance with the law to prevent the loss of Data, unauthorized access or improper or illegal uses.

The User’s data may be transferred to foreign countries (also extra-EU countries, such as USA), in compliance to the above-mentioned information.

4. Categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can know it and the diffusion of personal data

In order to achieve the purposes that the personal data is collected for, the Collector can appoint other responsible parties for processing the personal data such as IT service providers, i.e. direct marketing, internet service and cloud computing, subjects that are in charge of the warehouse logistics, as well as promotion, sale and delivery of the products and services of the Collector, customer care, companies and other subjects that provide customers with legal, fiscal, accountancy, financial, technical-organization, data processing and communication services. Subjects that provide bank services, i.e. financial, insurance and credit recovery services, controlled companies, subsidiaries, public authorities and supervising bodies.

In order to get the complete list of subjects responsible for personal data processing, the User can contact the Collector in accordance with the methods given in the following section 5 “Rights of the concerned persons”.

For the same purposes, Serendipity and the parties responsible for processing can appoint other responsible parties for processing data such as employees in charge of the execution of orders, the customer care, the IT and marketing services (if the authorization is given), the IT systems and management systems of the Website and the technical and commercial personal in charge of providing the website services.

No User’s personal data collected from this website will be diffused.

5. Right of the concerned person

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy code, the Users can, at any time, request information about their personal data, if it exists, its contents, origin, correctness or ask for its integration and update or correction. In accordance with the same article, the User is entitled to request its deletion, transformation in an anonymous form or the block of his/her data which is processed in violation of the law and, in any case, the User can, for legitimate reasons, oppose himself/herself to its processing.
